Sharing and prefill
The form link
When you create a form, the Your form is live dialog shows its link. Click Copy link, or Open form to try it. You can copy the same link again any time from My forms.
The link:
- works for anyone who has it; they don't need a monday.com account,
- doesn't expire; it works until the form's close date or response limit, or until you delete the form,
- keeps working when you edit the form.
My forms
My forms lists every form on the board, with its status: open, how many responses out of its limit, or closed. For each form you can:
- Copy link,
- Edit it,
- open the ⋯ menu to Open form, Copy embed code or Delete form.
Deleting a form stops its link straight away. Items it already created stay on the board. Its update links are deleted too.
Prefill answers through the link
Add answers to the end of the link and the form opens with them filled in. Use f_ followed by the column's ID:

File and signature questions can't be prefilled.
Prefilled answers are checked on submit like any other answer, and people can change them before submitting.
