Plans and responses
Waypost is billed through monday.com, on your monday.com account. Current prices are on Waypost's marketplace listing and in monday.com's plan picker.

Every install starts with 14 days of Pro. When the trial ends, the account moves to Free unless you choose a plan.
What counts as a response
- A submission that creates an item, or
- an update-link save that changed something.
Responses are counted per monday.com account, per calendar month (UTC), across all your forms.
Near your limit
| Usage | What happens |
|---|---|
| 80% | The response meter in the header turns amber. |
| 100% | The builder tells you you've reached this month's responses. Forms keep working a little longer. |
| 110% | Forms pause until the count starts again next month, or until you upgrade. Visitors see "This form is paused". |
Upgrade or change plan
Click Upgrade or See plans anywhere in Waypost. It opens monday.com's own plan picker.
If you move to a lower plan, the higher plan stays in effect until the end of the period you paid for. Settings that need a higher plan (embedding sites, dependent options) are kept but switched off on the public form, and update links show "not available" until you upgrade again.
