Terms of service

Last updated: 13 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Devansh Tiwari, an individual developer based in India ("we", "us"), for the use of Waypost, an app for monday.com. By installing or using Waypost, you agree to them. If you install Waypost for an organisation, you agree on its behalf and confirm you're allowed to.

1. The service

Waypost lets you build forms from a monday.com board's columns, share them by link or embed them on your website, and send update links for existing items. Answers are delivered to your monday.com board. The features of each plan are described in the docs.

Waypost is an independent app. It isn't made, endorsed or supported by monday.com Ltd. Your use of monday.com itself is governed by your agreement with monday.com.

2. Your account

You need a monday.com account to install and use Waypost. You're responsible for who in your account can use it, and for keeping your monday.com credentials safe. Each form acts with the monday.com access of the person who built it.

3. Plans and billing

  • Paid plans are sold and billed by monday.com, through the monday.com apps marketplace. monday.com's terms apply to payments, renewals, taxes and refunds.
  • Every install starts with a 14-day trial of the Pro plan. When it ends, the account moves to Free unless a plan is chosen.
  • Each plan has a monthly response limit. Forms pause when an account goes 10% over its limit, until the next month or an upgrade. "Unlimited" is subject to fair use: usage far beyond what a normal team would need, or that harms the service for others, may be limited after we contact you.
  • We may change plans or prices. Price changes take effect at your next renewal, and we'll give notice through monday.com or by email.

4. Your responsibilities for forms and respondents

You decide what your forms ask and what you do with the answers. You agree that:

  • you have a lawful basis to collect the information your forms ask for, and you tell respondents how you'll use it, as the laws that apply to you require;
  • you won't use Waypost to collect passwords, payment card numbers, government ID numbers or similar sensitive credentials;
  • you'll handle requests from your respondents about their data, since their answers are stored in your monday.com account.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use Waypost to:

  • break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
  • impersonate anyone, phish, or deceive people about who is asking for their information;
  • send spam or collect data for unsolicited messages;
  • distribute malware, or try to probe, overload or get around Waypost's security or limits;
  • resell or provide Waypost to others as a stand-alone service.

We may suspend forms or access that break these rules, and will tell you why unless the law or an urgent risk prevents it.

6. Your content

You keep all rights to your forms, logos and the answers you collect. You give us permission to store and process them only as needed to run Waypost for you, as described in the privacy policy.

7. Our software

We keep all rights to Waypost, its software and its design. You may use it while these terms apply; you may not copy, modify or reverse-engineer it except where the law allows.

8. Feedback

If you send ideas or suggestions, we may use them without owing you anything.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep Waypost running and reliable, but we don't promise it will always be available or error-free. It depends on monday.com's platform and hosting, which we don't control. We may change, add or remove features. If we remove something significant or stop offering Waypost, we'll give reasonable notice where we can.

10. Contacting you

We may email the person who installed Waypost, or your account's admins, about your support requests, billing, security issues and important changes to Waypost or these terms. We won't send marketing emails without your consent.

11. Ending the agreement

You can stop at any time by uninstalling Waypost. Uninstalling deletes the data Waypost stored for your account; items it created stay on your boards. We may end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

12. Disclaimers

Waypost is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim about Waypost is limited to the amount you paid for Waypost in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

14. Indemnity

You agree to cover our reasonable costs from claims by others that arise from your forms, the data you collect, or your breach of these terms.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell users in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use Waypost after that means you accept the new terms.
